Kaleb's Story Stop

Wednesday, March 30, 2005

Once upon a time. There was a boy named Jack. The boy and his mom were poor. Jack went to get some eggs. He saw a man he had a cow. He paid for the cow. He went back home. His Mom said. Go to you’re room! She said. He went out the window. He ran outside. He found magic beans he planted the beans. The next day the beans were a beanstalk. He climbed it all the way. He saw a giant’s house. He met the giant; the giant was nice his name was John. The giant had been watching over Jack and he knows that Jack is poor so he lets him have some stuff. He let him have a goose that laid golden eggs; he also gave him a magic harp and some money. Jack climbed down and his mother was proud. The giant came down with Jack. Jack said “Mom, meet John.” He is a nice giant. He has been watching over us and he knows we are poor so he gave us some stuff. Then the giant said, if someone comes to ask you something let them ask me, but first one of you has to come out and tell them I am a nice giant. Then he went home. They were friends forever.

The End

(I know at the beginning of the story you thought this was the real Jack and the Bean Stalk but it isn’t so look at this note first.)

I like the way your story ended better than Jack and the Beanstalk.
Friends are important.

Good story Kaleb. In your version, Jack isn't a theif. I like that.
